Recipe: Strawberry & Peach Sangria

White Sangria
This is my kind of Friday night. It’s been a full week, I just walk in the door and get an unexpected visit from a friend. So I thought I’d whip up a Cocktail Jug and sit outside on this fine Melbourne evening and have a good chat over a drink. Thing is, it’s so simple and delicious I must share it. So here ‘tis!
Ingredients
- 150ml Ginseng Vodka
- 150ml Peach Schnapps
- 450ml Sauvignon Blanc
- 200ml Soda Water
- Punnet of fresh strawberries, washed & halved
Notes:
- I used Ginseng Vodka, Australia’s newest ultra-premium spirit. I’ve only just discovered it and I’m in love with this vodka and the ginseng story.
- I used Fever Tree Soda Water. I’ve become pro premium mixers after realising it makes no sense to use cheap mixers with premium brand spirits.
Method
Add ice cubes and strawberries to jug. Pour in vodka, schnapps and white wine. Stir with a long cocktail spoon. Add soda water. Give it another stir.
