Recipe: Strawberry Basil Crush
- 60 ml Small Mouth Organic Vodka
- 100 ml strawberry pulp
- 4 basil leaves
- Fever Tree Lemonade
- ½ fresh lemon, squeezed (15 ml fresh lemon juice)
- Garnish: 1 basil leaf and 1 strawberry
Prepare strawberry pulp by blending a punnet of fresh strawberries, then straining through a fine sieve to remove seeds.
Add basil leaves, lemon juice, strawberry pulp, vodka and ice cubes to a shaker. Shake well.
Transfer to tall glass. Top with crushed ice and lemonade. Garnish.
