Strawberry Basil Crush


  • 60 ml Small Mouth Organic Vodka
  • 100 ml strawberry pulp
  • 4 basil leaves
  • Fever Tree Lemonade
  • ½ fresh lemon, squeezed (15 ml fresh lemon juice)
  • Garnish: 1 basil leaf and 1 strawberry


Prepare strawberry pulp by blending a punnet of fresh strawberries, then straining through a fine sieve to remove seeds.

Add basil leaves, lemon juice, strawberry pulp, vodka and ice cubes to a shaker. Shake well.

Transfer to tall glass. Top with crushed ice and lemonade. Garnish.
