Recipe: Small Mouth Elderflower Fizz
For me, watching the Australian distilling industry hit its straps is one of the most exciting things about this blog. Australian wine built a reputation around the World, and now it’s the distilling industry’s turn to take its place on the World stage.
Today I got the amazing news that Australia’s Small Mouth Vodka won big at the Global Vodka Masters in London, taking out the Gold Medal for “The Rest of the World” category and Master Medal in the “Smooth” category.
- 45ml Small Mouth Vodka
- 15ml Elderflower Liqueur
- 5ml flesh lime
- Slice of cucumber
- Tonic Water
Place vodka, elderflower liqueur and lime juice in mixing glass over ice and stir to chill. Strain into highball, top with plenty of ice and tonic water. Garnish with cucumber.
