Pegu Club Cocktail

The Pegu Club is a classic gin cocktail that is named after the Pegu River in Burma and the signature cocktail of the Pegu Club, an old Burmese gentlemens’ club who created the famous cocktail in the late 1800’s. It’s a hot climate cocktail, perfect for summer sipping.

  • 45ml Genever
  • 20ml Triple Sec
  • 15ml Lime Juice
  • Dash of Angostura Bitters
  • Ice
  • Lime twist to garnish

Add ingredients and ice to cocktail shaker. Seal tightly and shake well. Strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with lime twist.

Note: to chill glass fill with ice cubes and stand in freezer for 2 minutes, then tip out ice cubes and gently wipe glass with a clean dry cloth.
