Recipe: Killing Thyme

Killing Thyme
It’s a short week thanks to the public holiday we had in Melbourne on Monday. The day off we get for Labour Day is to acknowledge the anniversary of the 8-hour working day, which was introduced in the late 1800’s.
The Eight Hour Movement was the concept of a British socialist that believed the day should have 8 hours work + 8 hours recreation + 8 hours sleep.
It’s important to maintain a work life balance people.
Happy Hump Day!
