Recipe: Chicano Cocktail

Chicano Cocktail
Made with Pisco, a South American spirit, the Chilcano de Pisco is so simple to make and ultra refreshing, making it the perfect cocktail on a hot summer day.
Ingredients
- 60ml pisco
- 20ml lime juice
- Dash Angostura bitters
- Ginger ale
- Ice cubes
- Lime wheel to garnish
Method
Fill highball glass with ice. Add lime juice, pisco and bitters. Stir with a long cocktail spoon. Top with ginger ale and more ice. Garnish.
Note: if you prefer a slightly sweeter cocktail, simply add 1-2 tsp simple syrup before the stir.
