Cinnamon Brandy Christmas Cocktail | Melbourne Cocktails

Brandy Bon Bon

It’s Christmas Eve. Time for carols, brandy and rum!


  • 45ml Brandy
  • 30ml Dark Rum
  • 1tbs Cherry Syrup
  • ½ tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1tsp Caster Sugar
  • Ice
  • Garnish: 1 x Maraschino cherry & 1 x stick of cinnamon



Add all ingredients to shaker, add ice and seal tightly. Shake well to mix and chill. Strain into lowball glass or brandy balloon over a large ice cube. Garnish with a Maraschino cherry & cinnamon stick.
