Recipe: Brandy Bon-Bon
It’s Christmas Eve. Time for carols, brandy and rum!
- 45ml Brandy
- 30ml Dark Rum
- 1tbs Cherry Syrup
- ½ tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1tsp Caster Sugar
- Garnish: 1 x Maraschino cherry & 1 x stick of cinnamon
Add all ingredients to shaker, add ice and seal tightly. Shake well to mix and chill. Strain into lowball glass or brandy balloon over a large ice cube. Garnish with a Maraschino cherry & cinnamon stick.
