A cocktail created by Union Electric for Bombay Sapphire Project Botanicals. The Cubeb Berry Lola is a mix of Bombay Sapphire, Grand Marnier, Fresh Lime Juice, Coco Lopez and 1883 Ginger Syrup. Garnished with an Edible Viola, Pineapple Leaf & poured over Cubed Ice. This delicious cocktail was paired with a savoury, gluten free dish of Char Grilled Octopus with Cauliflower Skordalia, Candy Beetroots & Fennel.
