Borsch Vodka & Tears

Bloody Mary
Possibly the most complex cocktail, almost certainly the most fickle and definitely one of the best!
The Bloody Mary has earned its reputation as the ultimate cure for a deadly hangover. We all know that no matter what the night brings, the loyal Bloody Mary will be your best friend the morning after. But she’s so much more than a breakfast of consequence, ‘a hair of the dog’, she’s a worthy all day drinker.
A cocktail mixed from vodka, tomato juice, lemon juice, Tabasco sauce, Worcestershire sauce and cracked black pepper, and garnished with celery, a lemon wedge and dill pickle, the Bloody Mary is served in a highball glass over ice.
Every cocktail bartender worth their salt has their own twist on the traditional Bloody Mary, but it can be a game of hit and miss. Searching north to south to find an awesome Bloody Mary, here is one of my top picks.
Mary, Bloody Mary
Madame, your Bloody Mary is served! You’ll feel like a celebrity – yep, the whole of Chapel Street is eying you off, green with envy as your cocktail is presented. Garnished to perfection, it’s like a garden salad arranged by Cezanne. Spicy, zesty and a bit on the boozy side just how I like it, Borsch Vodka & Tears never disappoints. Delivering a perfectly balanced, delicious Bloody Mary every time with their homemade garlic and chilli infused vodka.
Cheers!
