Recipe: Bloody Mary
Fancy making your own Bloody Mary? Here’s my tried and tested recipe. I like mine spicy, so play around with the amount of Tabasco sauce, Worcester sauce and cracked pepper to suit your taste.
- 2 x 30ml measures vodka
- 200ml of tomato juice
- Juice of 1/4 lemon
- 10 drops Tabasco sauce (or to taste)
- 1 tsp. Worcester sauce
- Cracked black pepper (to taste)
- Secret ingredient: ½ tsp. seeded mustard
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, fill with ice. Place lid on tightly and shake. Strain into a highball glass over ice cubes. Garnish with a celery stalk, lemon wedge, dill pickle, olive and red chilli.
